30-day returns. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back, by email at salesteam@dpsoa.store or by phone at (512) 451-0571. Items sent back to us without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
Once your return is approved we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions. Approved returns are sent to:

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at salesteam@dpsoa.store or (512) 451-0571 and we will make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the size or item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. If it is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it to your account.
